Someone you want to give a second chance to.
Dear you,
I could leave this page blank, and still, you would understand the hundreds of scrunched up letter I’ve never sent.
It’s more than just words, but I have enough discretion to hold back from saying the things I want to.
I get sad goose bumps when I acknowledge the little things that led us to where we are now. The night you missed your plane, the way you told me everything just by blushing, the looks we still share when everyone’s backs are turned.
Is this too much information? Fuck it, I don’t care what you’re thinking, and even if I did it wouldn’t matter, because this is my blog, not a talk back radio station.
You made yesterday worth reminiscing about and tomorrow worth the wait.
We only parted to meet again,
but here’s the catch: I want to give you another go, us another chance, but what’s happened has happened, and I know I never will.
Love,
Me.

This is part of the 30 day letter challenge.
